Cancellations/Returns/Refunds :
As all items are made to order/personalised cancellation MUST be made withing 24 hours of placing the order by emailing buttonjunction@yahoo.co.uk or you will NOT be refunded. Returns and refunds will only be given if the goods are faulty. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the faulty item with details of the fault and your intention to return.
Availability :
All items are subject to avialability. You will be notified as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are unavailable.
